Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at Balmoral Village?
Balmoral Village offers free surface lot parking as well as reserved parking and even “Caddy Shacks” for your golf cart! “Caddy Shacks” are covered and include electricity.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at at Balmoral Village?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup at Balmoral Village?
Garbage is collected on Sunday-Thursday at 7pm, on Sundays they start around 5 pm.
Where is the dog park at Balmoral Village?
Behind the tennis courts and maintenance shops, you will walk on the sidewalk beside the tennis courts to access the entrance
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
we have open parking, feel free to park in any spot as long as it is not a reserved spot, these are clearly marked throughout the community and if you park in someone elses reserved spot you have a chance of being towed.
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
no, residents have a community access code to access the pool areas
If yes, what is the cost, and what steps must a resident take to reserve it?
Resident submits request to the office, Team checks availability, Resident completes rental form and pays fee, Reservation is confirmed
What are your fitness center hours?
fitness center is available 24/7 and is accessible with residents’ community access code.
Are there any amenities that require reservations?
Clubhouse and leasing office pool
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
yes, within a certain number of guests and also require permission from the office
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
Move ins start at 11am, moveouts have all day the day of move out
Where are the grills and what type are they?
two grills, one at each pool. They are both gas grills

Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
Water is billed through the community and electric you will set up with Coweta Fayette EMC by going online or calling (770) 502-0226
What are the top community amenities?
We have a pet wash station, two pools, we are in a golf cart community with over 100 miles of golf cart paths!
